BabyTouch offers high-quality baby essentials, including feeding accessories, baby care products, toys, and other carefully selected items designed for your little one's comfort and safety.
2. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver to most cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier services.
3. How long does delivery take?
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to courier delays.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) in most locations across Pakistan.
5. Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer Free Delivery on orders above PKR 3,000.
For orders below PKR 3,000, a standard shipping fee will apply.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we'll send you tracking details via email or WhatsApp (where applicable).
7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We'll review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
9. Are your products safe for babies?
Yes. We carefully select products that meet high quality standards. We recommend following the usage instructions provided with each product and supervising babies while using any product.
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Online payment methods (if available at checkout)
