Welcome to BabyTouch. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across Pakistan.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking details (where available).

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders above PKR 3,000.
  • A standard shipping fee will apply to orders below PKR 3,000. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

BabyTouch offers Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

  • Payment is made to the courier at the time of delivery.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
  • We reserve the right to verify COD orders before dispatch.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to track your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order. BabyTouch is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the package and product(s) so we can assist you promptly.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier issues, severe weather, strikes, or public holidays.
